This privacy policy governs your use the application Video Maker AR. This application allows you to create videos and place objects in Augmented Reality.

What Information does the application obtain and how is the information used?

When contacting us from Video Maker AR information about your mobile device is collected such as device type and version as well as the software version. This information helps us to assist you if you have any questions. No information is shared with third parties.

Camera Access

Video Maker AR requires camera access to work. Camera access is required for Augmented Reality. You can turn on or off camera access by going to the Settings App then Video Maker AR. You can then access the camera settings. Please note if you turn off camera access you can not use Video Maker AR to create Augmented Reality videos.

TrueDepth API

The TrueDepth API is used to animate facial expression onto the selected 3D Models. The TrueDepth API is used to collect head position, orientation and facial expressions. Face data is not used and will never be used to personally identify a user in the application. We do not store any information provided by the TrueDepth API. We do not share any information provided by the TrueDepth API to third parties. The TrueDepth API is only turned on when you select a Face Emoji when making an Augmented Reality Video. When a Face Emoji is removed from the scene or if the scene is reset the TrueDepth API is turned off.

Real time location information

Video Maker AR does not use or collect your location. 

Recorded Videos 

All recorded video are stored on device only. You are the only one that can access your videos. To delete a video from Video Maker AR simply launch the App then tap the video, then tap the delete icon at the bottom of the screen.
