Welcome to AI Video Studio, developed by Tripoint Digital. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle user data.

2. Data Collection & Usage

  •  We do not collect, store, or share any personal information.

  •  The app allows users to upload photos to generate videos. These photos are temporarily stored in Firebase for processing but are not linked to any personal identifiers and will be deleted after processing.

  •  Users who sign into iCloud (CloudKit) may receive free credits as part of our reward system. This sign-in is only used to track credits and is not linked to any other personal data.

  • Push notifications are sent to notify users when their video is ready. These notifications are only used for this purpose and can be disabled in device settings.

3. Cloud Storage & Processing

  •  Uploaded media is stored in Firebase only for the purpose of video generation.

  •  These files are not associated with any user account and will be deleted after processing or within a reasonable timeframe.

  •  We never use uploaded media for any other purpose, nor do we share it with third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

AI Video Studio may use third-party AI models or cloud processing to generate videos. These services process data only for video creation and do not retain or link data to users.

5. Face Data

AI Video Studio does not collect or analyze face data. Users may upload images or videos containing faces, which are temporarily stored in Firebase for AI processing. Once uploaded, these files are processed by a secure cloud-based AI service. Processed content is stored for up to 7 days to allow users to re-download their generated videos, after which it is automatically deleted. We do not store, sell, or share user face data, and no biometric data is extracted, analyzed, or retained.

6. Security Measures

  •  We use industry-standard security protocols to protect uploaded media.

  •  Since no personal data is collected, there is no risk of personal data breaches.

7. User Rights & Control

  •  As we do not store personal information, there are no user accounts, tracking, or identifiable data to request, manage, or delete.

  •  Uploaded media is automatically deleted after a set period.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Any significant changes will be reflected in an updated version of this document.
